This is a special exercise system that Grandmaster Li Enjiu developed in training his award wining national champions. In this video Grandmaster Li Enjiu taught:

1. Foundational circles in stationary and moving steps.
   
2. Complete warm up exercises, and
   
3. Push hands patterns.
   

These is also a rare clip of Grandmaster Li Enjiu and Chen Zhonghua demonstrating push hands patterns in China. There are lots of footages of Grandmaster Li Enjiu and Chen Zhonghua's students freely pushing at a practice session.
