The "Heze Demonstrations" disc shows Master He Shugan (senior disciple of Hong Junsheng and one of the last remaining men to study with Chen Fake), Master Chao Xiuzhen (another of Hong's disciples), and Master Chen Zhonghua demonstrating the Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method First Routine. Master Ronnie Yee is shown performing the Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method Second Routine (Cannon Fist). This is followed by a short ceremony where He, Chen, and Chao all give speeches to the hundred or so in attendance at this conference in Heze, Shandong Province.

I have heard it said before that Master Chen's performance of Yilu on this disc is one of the better performances on record. I would have to agree.

Participants of this events include grandmaster He Shugan, who is grandmaster Hong Junsheng's first disciple. Master He is also one of the few people in the world who personally studied from the famous grandmaster Chen Fake. Master Chao Xiuzhen, disciple of grandmaster Hong Junsheng also demonstrated. Master Chen Zhonghua, grandmaster Hong Junsheng's international standard bearer, demonstrated a powerful first routine of the system. 20 students and disciples of master Chen Zhonghua from North American participated in this event. Master Ronnie Yee, Chen Zhonghua's senior disciple demonstrated Cannon Fist.
