It was performed by Chen Zhonghua, a disciple of Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang. Each move is performed in slow and exaggerated fashion so that it is more visible to the learner. The video is narrated in English. The 12 forms of the Qigong exercises are separated with chapter markers so that students can advance to the form they are learning. A complete acupuncture point chart that is relevant to the system was given in video form. There is also some slow practice footage at the end of the video accompanied by Master Chen Zhonghua's talk on how to practice Qigiong. 58 minutes. |
