Review:
The 2003 Atlanta workshop featured Master Chen Zhonghua teaching the fundamental exercises of the Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method (circles, stepping drills, hand/foot coordination, etc.) and broadsword. The fundamentals are taught with details explained and some of the practical applications of the movements are shown. The underground classic game of balance, "Chen Cakes" (a play on "Patty Cakes"), is explained and captured on video. Master Chen demonstrates the first several moves of the Chen Style broadsword form over and over offering intermitent instruction to the workshop participants.

The video quality leaves something to be desired, but the instruction is worthwile.
