This DVD contains footage from Master Chen Zhonghua's workshop at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA after the 4th annual Hunyuan World Seminars held in Helen, GA. Master Chen explains and leads the participants through the postive circle, silk reeling exercises and partner pushing hands drills. Master Lac Le-May, a fellow disciple of Master Feng Zhiqiang's visiting from France, demonstrates the Hunyuan Straight Sword. Master Chen discusses power generation and desyncrhonization when pushing hands. Master Chen demostrates the Hunyuan 32 Form. He also demonstrates the Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method Cannon Fist (shown from a front and side view).

The camera work is kind of poor, but the explanations and demonstrations are good.

Home video quality. This is a casual video. It is not professionally made. However, it is worth the $10.00 to look at master Chen's teaching style and
his command of Chen Style Taijiquan. The teachings, though not organized for a video format, is excellent!
