Covers highlights and stories about Hong Junsheng's life and his achievements, and discusses the key elements of Hong's taiji (such as the channeling of energy through the waist and crotch area, and central equilibrium). Mandarin and English are delivered at the same volume and sometimes they overlap each other. It takes a lot of concentration to listen to what is being said (especially if you understand both languages). Some subtitles would have been very helpful for the viewer. |
