This is the second disc in the Hunyuan World Seminars 2005 series. It starts out with Master Chen talking about pivot points and how to bypass energy through body parts so as not to involve them in the fight. The next segment shows a good partner drill, Master Chen demonstrates and then students try it on each other. Next Master Chen leads the students through a drill in which the hand goes out but the foot comes in to create a scissor-like effect on the opponent's body. He then shows how to use Ji (Squeeze) to counter your opponent when he tries to twist you up. Next he shows how to take away the anchor points that your opponent is trying to use. He then demonstrates how to disrupt the rhythm between to yourself and your opponent to generate power. Students then line up and one person pushes against the line; when that person tries the same push against only one person the effect is much greater because of the feeling that was attained. The use of Ji in push hands practice is taught. The inner expansion of Zhan Zhuang is discussed. Rhythm is further discussed before the credits roll over a group demonstration of Yilu.

The home video quality and the clicking noise are overcome by the insights one can glean from the infomation presented in this video.
