This disc begins by following Chen Zhonghua and a group of students as they explore Black Tiger Springs in Jinan during the China trip in the summer of 2004. Captions describe how the Black Tiger Springs of today differ from how it was when Chen learned from Hong Junsheng back in the 80's. On the terrace where Master Hong used to teach, Ronnie Yee performs several moves from Yilu and Master Chen demonstrates the finer points of push hands with Ronnie. There is then footage of Master Chen showing how to neutralize "Six Sealing Four Closing" at a hotel in Jinan. The next segment shows Master Chen entrancing a room full of spectators (many of them Taiji adepts or government officials) as he demonstrates push hands with Ronnie and explains in detail how to utilize the body most effectively.
