There are 33 chapters in this video. These are more advanced foundation exercises. Some are similar to the Basic Foundation except that these are in moving steps and are powered. There are lots of detailed instructions and drills to follow.
Master Chen demonstrated the first half of the Yilu routine and then performed it with students together. The advanced foundations are based on Grandmaster Hong Junsheng's Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method system.
